Georgia Vocational Solutions (GVS) is a Metro Atlanta nonprofit workforce development organization helping people prepare for meaningful careers through industry-recognized training, workforce readiness, employer partnerships, and career pathway guidance.
Whether someone is entering the workforce for the first time, changing careers, transitioning from military service, or overcoming barriers to employment, GVS exists to help people move toward sustainable careers while helping employers build stronger talent pipelines.
Every year, thousands of Georgians are ready to work. Many simply lack the certification, experience, guidance, or employer connection needed to move forward.
At the same time, employers struggle to find qualified workers, communities seek stronger economic opportunities, and workforce organizations search for lasting solutions.
Georgia Vocational Solutions was created because these challenges are connected—and we believe the solutions should be connected too.
Instead of treating employment, training, and employer engagement as separate issues, GVS brings them together into one workforce ecosystem.
Workforce development isn’t just about helping people find jobs. It’s about creating stronger businesses, stronger communities, and a stronger Georgia.
